• About THE KIT

  • What is a conversion kit?

    1. The conversion kit is a construction set which consists of a complete interior set including dining/office and bed space, counters with storage, water supply and the electric installation. As opposed to a custom conversion, the kit has been designed for specific van types and can be installed in less time and at lower costs.

  • Does the kit fit in my van?

    1. If you are unsure whether the kit fits into your van, please contact us via contact form and let us know the specifications of your Hiace van (grade etc)

  • Can I remove the furniture by myself?

    1. The bed benches and table can be removed with a few simple steps if more space to transport large items is needed. The counters are a bit trickier because of the electrical components and the wiring. We do not recommend removing these by yourself.

  • Can I buy individual segments of the kit?

    1. This is not possible because the kit is designed to work as one unit including the flooring.

  • Can I just buy the kit and install it by myself?

    1. For the time being, the kit (including wiring and electrical parts) will be installed by us.

  • How long does it take to convert my van?

    1. We install the conversion kits in the order in which they are ordered. Please contact us for the current order status and estimated delivery date.

  • Can the kit be customized?

    1. The wood type, color of the floor and the color of the side panels can be chosen from our wood/color palette. You can also select the battery setup.

  • What kind of battery is used for the kit?

    1. We use a 100Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate battery (LiFePO4) which has a higher initial price, but is superior to other battery types in terms of charging and lifecycle properties.

  • I am a beginner, so I don’t know much about camping cars. Can you tell me how to use it in detail?

    1. We are passionate van travelers and happy to provide guidance according to each customer's usage.

• About THE BASE CAR

  • Do I need to bring in my own car, or do you also sell base cars?

    1. In principle, our customers bring-in their own car, however both options are possible. If you already own a van, you can send us photos and specifications beforehand to make sure the kit fits in your van. We are also happy to assist you with finding a base car

  • Can I have the van painted?

    1. We don’t do painting work ourselves, however we are happy to introduce you to one of our partners.

  • I own a van other than Toyota Hiace, can you make a kit for another car model?

    1. We are working on adding more designs for different vans. Please contact us with the specifications of your van and we will get back to you.

  • Can I register the van as a camping car (8-number)?

    1. Yes, the van meets all requirements to register as a camping car.

• About THE FLOW OF PURCHASE

  • I am interested in buying your conversion kit. Where should I start?

    1. 1. Please contact us via online form or phone to get things started.
       2. We will then get back to you and schedule a visit, phone call or online meeting to answer your questions and discuss details of your order.
       3. We will prepare a free quotation for you.
       4. If you choose to accept our offer, we will estimate the delivery time and as soon as we have received your down payment, we will start working on your van.
       5. Delivery at our store in Minami-Suita or by land transportation services.

  • Can I come and visit you to have a look at a van?

    1. Yes, you can! Please make a reservation beforehand via contact form or phone if you would like to see our display van and talk to us in person.

  • What is included in the price?

    1. The total price for a conversion kit includes all furniture parts including wiring and electrical components, plus the installation itself.

  • What are the payment options?

    1. To start working on the kit we need a 50% down payment. The remaining 50% are due upon delivery of the campervan.

  • Do you deliver in all of Japan?

    1. The vehicle will be handed over at our store in Minami-Suita. If you wish, it is also possible to deliver to your home anywhere in Japan, however an additional fee for land or sea transportation services will be required. Please contact us for more information or a quote.

  • Do you also sell used camping cars?

    1. From time to time, we have used campervans available for purchase. If a used van is available, it will be displayed on our website.

  • Do you also do full custom builds? Can you customize my existing campervan?

    1. We are very sorry, we currently don’t have any capacity for custom builds.
